Stock Items: Orders for in-stock, non-customized products are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
Customized/Pre-sale Items: For lightly customized products (e.g., printed cups, lids, sleeves), please allow 7-15 business days for production and quality inspection prior to shipping. This timeframe is an estimate and can vary based on order quantity and complexity. You will receive a more accurate production timeline at the time of order confirmation.

As a global supplier, EVER GREENER proudly ships to customers worldwide. We leverage an international network of logistics partners to ensure reliable delivery. Shipping methods and primary carriers are selected based on destination, order value, and weight/dimensions:
International Express: For most orders, we utilize leading global carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS for their speed and extensive tracking capabilities.
Air Freight & Sea Freight: For large-volume wholesale and B2B orders, we arrange cost-effective and efficient Air or Ocean Freight services. Final-mile delivery will be handled by a local partner in the destination country.

Shipping Costs

Delivery Issues & Lost Packages
While we strive for a seamless delivery experience, issues can occasionally occur.
Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of order placement. EVER GREENER is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Lost in Transit: If your tracking information shows no updates for an extended period (e.g., over 7 business days), please contact us immediately. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and work towards a resolution.
Damaged Upon Arrival: Please inspect your shipment upon receipt. If you notice any visible damage to the packaging or products, please refuse acceptance or note the damage on the delivery receipt. Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged goods and packaging for assistance.
