Can you help with the design process?
Absolutely. Our in-house design team is here to assist you. You can send us your logo, brand colors, and ideas, and we can create a professional mockup for your approval. We ensure your design is print-ready and looks fantastic on our cups.
Are your cups eco-friendly and recyclable?
We are committed to sustainability. We offer a range of environmentally conscious options:
PLA Lining: Our PLA-lined cups are made from renewable resources (like corn starch) and are commercially compostable under the right conditions.
Recyclable Paperboard: Our standard cups are made from paper from sustainably managed forests (FSC-certified).
PET Cups: Our PET cups are widely recyclable in most municipal recycling programs.

Are your cups leak-proof?
Our cups are designed to be leak-resistant when paired with the correct matching lid. The combination of our cup’s structural integrity and the secure snap-fit of our lids provides excellent protection against spills. We strongly recommend testing our sample kits with your specific beverage to ensure performance.
Where do you ship to? What are the shipping costs?
We primarily ship to the United States, Canada, and across Europe. Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, destination, and delivery speed. You will receive a transparent shipping quote during the order process before payment.
What is your production and shipping timeline?
Our standard timeline is:
Production: 10-15 business days after final artwork approval.
Shipping: 3-10 business days (varies by destination and shipping method).
Rush production and expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee. We will provide a detailed timeline upon order confirmation.
Can I order sample kits before placing a large order?
Yes, and we highly encourage it! Ordering a sample kit allows you to feel the quality, test the functionality, and see your print proof in person. You can order sample kits directly through our website.
