Printing Finishes
Four-Color Process (CMYK) Printing:The standard for reproducing full-color images and complex graphics with photographic quality. Ideal for vibrant and detailed designs.
Spot Color (PANTONE®) Printing:Achieve precise, consistent color matching for your brand identity. Recommended for solid corporate colors and logos where color accuracy is critical.
Hot Foil Stamping (Gold/Silver):Imprint your design with a luxurious metallic finish. This elegant process adds a reflective, high-end accent to logos, text, or borders.
Spot Gloss UV Varnish:Create a raised, glossy texture on specific areas of your design. This technique provides a striking visual and tactile contrast to a matte background.
Embossing / Debossing:Add a sophisticated three-dimensional texture by raising (embossing) or depressing (debossing) the paper surface. Excellent for creating a premium tactile experience without ink.
Printing on Eco-Friendly Materials:Our expertise ensures high-quality, durable print results on compostable and biodegradable substrates like PLA-lined cups, meeting both aesthetic and sustainability goals.
Artwork Guidelines
Vector Files (AI, EPS, PDF): For sharp, scalable graphics and text.
High-Resolution Images: Minimum 300 DPI at final print size.
Bleed & Safe Zone: Include a 3mm bleed area and keep critical content 5mm from the trim edge.
Convert Fonts to Outlines: Ensure text appears correctly.

Design Tips & Considerations
Color Accuracy: Screen colors (RGB) differ from printed colors (CMYK/Spot). For exact color matching, provide PANTONE® codes.
Simplicity is Key: Bold, clear designs often have more impact on a small, curved surface.
Material Effect: The final print appearance will be influenced by your chosen cup material (e.g., white vs. kraft paper).
Request a Proof: A digital or hard copy proof is available before mass production to confirm all design elements.
