Warranty Coverage (Our Commitment to Quality)
EVER GREATER stands behind the quality of our products. We offer a comprehensive warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 120 days (approximately 4 months) from the date of shipment confirmation. This warranty applies to our range of stock and lightly customized products, including paper cups, lids, plastic cups, sleeves, and related packaging items.
What is Covered
This warranty specifically covers:
Material Defects: Such as cracks, brittleness, or non-conformance to specified material grades in cups, lids, and sleeves.
Manufacturing Workmanship: Including issues with structural integrity, consistent shaping, and functionality (e.g., lids not fitting securely).
Printing Defects: Pertaining to our customization service, this covers significant fading, peeling, or smudging of the printed design under normal use conditions, provided the artwork was approved by the customer.
What is Not Covered
Customer-Provided Artwork & Design: Any error, omission, or intellectual property issue in the digital files, designs, or specifications supplied by the customer.
Improper Use & Handling: Use of products outside their intended purpose (e.g., using cold cups for hot beverages), improper storage (exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, or sunlight), mechanical abuse, or improper cleaning methods.
Third-Party Actions: Damage caused during shipping or by the customer’s or a third party’s handling after delivery.
Normal Wear and Tear: Expected deterioration from routine and commercial use.
Alterations: Any modification or repair attempted on the products by anyone other than EVER GREATER or its authorized agents.
Minor Variations: Reasonable and minor variations in color matching or printing placement that fall within standard industry tolerances.
Warranty Claim Process
Notification: Inform our Customer Service team at [Insert Email Address] within 14 calendar days of discovering the potential defect.
Provide Evidence: Submit a detailed claim including:
Original order number and invoice.
A clear description and photos/videos showcasing the defect.
The batch/lot number (if available) on the product packaging.
The quantity of defective units.
Evidence Preservation: Retain the allegedly defective products for possible inspection or return, if requested.
Claim Review: Our quality team will review the claim and evidence. We may request samples for further analysis.
Resolution: Upon validation, EVER GREATER will, at its sole discretion, either (a) replace the defective units, or (b) issue a credit memo for the value of the defective products. Return shipping costs for the defective items will be pre-approved and covered by EVER GREATER for validated claims.
Limitation of Liability
This warranty is your sole and exclusive remedy, and EVER GREATER’s liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the defective products. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
